Deleting your account and data
You are in control. Here is exactly how deletion works.

How to delete your account
- Log in and open Settings.
- Optional: choose “Export my data” to download a copy first.
- Choose “Delete account”, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and enter your password to confirm.
The same option is available in the Android app under Settings. If you cannot log in, email [email protected] from the address registered to your account and we will help verify and process your request.
What is deleted
- Your health profile, measurements, food diary and water logs
- Medicines, supplements, schedules and dose history
- AI conversation history and personalisation settings
- Your account login and active sessions on all devices
What is kept, and why
- A minimal pseudonymous record that an account was deleted, with no health data, to prove the request was carried out and prevent abuse.
- Security and audit logs for a limited period, where required by law or to protect the service.
- Encrypted backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule; deleted data is not restored to the live service from them.
Other options
- Clear only your AI history — Settings or the assistant page.
- Withdraw a specific consent — Settings → Permissions.
- Delete individual entries such as water logs or food diary items from their pages.
