Draft — pending legal review
This document is a plain-language draft prepared before launch. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and may change. Where it differs from applicable law, the law applies.
1. The service
SuperHealthyAI provides general health and nutrition education, tools to record your own measurements and habits, reminders based on information you enter, and an AI assistant. It is not a medical, diagnostic, treatment, pharmacy or emergency service. Please read our medical & AI disclaimer.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
3. Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, such as measurements and medicine schedules. Reminders follow exactly what you enter and review. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your data.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people’s data, or interfere with its security or operation.
- Do not use the AI assistant to generate harmful content or attempt to bypass its safety rules.
- Do not use automated means to extract content at scale.
5. AI limitations
AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. Always check important information with a qualified professional. We may limit how often the assistant can be used, and it may sometimes be unavailable.
6. Reminders
Reminders depend on your device, its settings, battery optimisation and connectivity, and may be delayed or missed. Do not rely on SuperHealthyAI as your only way to remember critical medicines.
7. Content
Educational content is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and reviewed, and show when a page is pending review.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, and will tell you why where appropriate.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction will be specified before public launch.
