Who is SuperHealthyAI for?
Adults aged 18 and over who want to understand their body metrics, eat better with familiar foods and build healthy habits. It is designed India-first.
Is SuperHealthyAI a medical service?
No. It is a wellness education service. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or pharmacist.
How is my BMI calculated?
BMI = weight in kilograms divided by height in metres squared. It is calculated by tested code — not by AI — using the height and weight you enter.
Why don’t I see a BMI category?
Adult BMI categories are not shown if you are under 18, if we do not know your age, or if you told us you are pregnant, because they are not meaningful in those situations.
How does the AI assistant work?
It uses a large language model through a third-party provider, combined with reviewed reference material. It always identifies itself as AI, shows sources where available, and will not give diagnoses, prescriptions or medicine-dose changes.
Does the AI see my health profile?
Only if you turn on “Personalised AI answers”. Even then we send a minimised summary (for example an age range and diet preference) — never your name or email. You can turn it off any time.
Will SuperHealthyAI tell me what times to take my medicines?
No. You enter the exact times from your prescription or label, and review them before reminders start. If you miss a dose, we show reviewed guidance and suggest asking your pharmacist or doctor.
Where is my data stored?
In Amazon Web Services’ Mumbai (India) region. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete account. Your health data is deleted promptly. See the data deletion page for details.
Is it free?
Yes, the current version is free. If that ever changes, we will tell you in advance.
What should I do in an emergency?
Do not use SuperHealthyAI. In India, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
