Medical & AI disclaimer

SuperHealthyAI is an AI education tool, not a doctor, dietitian or pharmacist. It can make mistakes. For decisions about diagnosis, treatment or medicines, talk to a qualified professional.

Draft — pending legal review

This document is a plain-language draft prepared before launch. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and may change. Where it differs from applicable law, the law applies.

In an emergency, do not use SuperHealthyAI.

If you have chest pain, signs of a stroke, severe difficulty breathing, a severe allergic reaction, thoughts of harming yourself, or think you have taken too much of a medicine, call 112 in India or go to the nearest emergency department.

Education, not medical care

SuperHealthyAI provides general health and nutrition information for adults. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not replace a consultation with a doctor, registered dietitian, pharmacist or other qualified professional.

About the AI assistant

BMI and calculations

BMI and other numbers are calculated with standard formulas from the values you enter. BMI is a screening measure, not a diagnosis, and does not apply in the same way to everyone (for example during pregnancy, for children and teenagers, or for very muscular people). Estimates are labelled as estimates.

Supplements

Being sold without a prescription does not make a supplement safe for everyone. Supplements can interact with medicines and health conditions. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before starting one, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have kidney or liver disease, or take regular medicines.

Medicine reminders

Reminders follow the times you enter from your own prescription or label. SuperHealthyAI never decides dosing times or amounts. If you miss a dose, follow your medicine’s leaflet or ask your pharmacist or doctor.
